Práce se zabývá použitím operativně pátracích prostředků, přičemž hlavně pojednává o použití agenta. Jádrem práce je nejen postavení agenta v trestním řízení, ale také všechny související prvky ohledně možnosti působení jeho osoby při vykonávání operativně pátrací činnosti - např. beztrestnost a utajení agenta nebo přípustnost policejní provokace. Abstract:
The thesis is titled "Operational and Searching Means with Fixation on Agent's Status". It deals with operational and searching means, especially „the using of an agent“. The core of the thesis deals with Agent‘s status in criminal procedure in general, his impunity or possibilities of his under-cover as well as problems about police provocation
