Question of solving self-defence situations in the industry of commercial security\nl{}

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řešení obranných situací, ke kterým dochází v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. V úvodu teoretické části je rozebráno prostředí PKB v souvislosti s ochranou a obranou majetku a osob. Dále práce pojednává o právních aspektech OSi, především nutné obraně, krajní nouzi a zadržení osoby. V práci jsou popsány komplexním způsobem formy, metody a psychologické faktory ovlivňující OSi, včetně komunikačních dovedností. Získané znalosti jsou analyzovány a systémově shrnuty v praktické části. Zde je vytvořen přehled nejčastějších OSi v PKB s důrazem na kontaktní a bezkontaktní řešení, včetně metodiky ukončení OSi. Součástí práce je zpracování fotodokumentace vybrané profese v PKB při řešení OSi a dotazníku, který se zaměřuje na problematiku OSi.

Abstract:

My thesis considers solutions problems of self-defence situations to that happen in the industry of commercial security. The thesis is divided to parts practical and theroretical. I analyse the industry of comercial security in theroretical part in context of protection and defence of possession and men. Next attend to law aspects of SDs, mainly private defence, exigency and detention. The forms, methods and psychology factors are described in complex way including comunication skills. The obtained knowledge is analyse and summarized in the practical part. There is processed review of the most frequently SDs in the industry of commercial security with emphasis on contact and nocontact resolutions including methodology of ending SDs. The part of my thesis is processing of the photodocumentation choosing profession in the industry of commercial security in solution to SDs and the questionnaire, that aims of SDs problems.
