Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl posoudit přínos stanovování železa, feritinu, transferinu, folátu a vitamínu B12 , tedy základních biochemických parametrů, u pacientů s nízkým hemoglobinem. Tyto zásobní markery jsou důležité pro diagnostiku a monitorování anémií. Soubor zahrnuje 105 nemocných s podezřením či již diagnostikovanou anémií. Abstract:
The aim of this study is bevaluate the benefits of setting iron, ferritin, transferrin, folate and vitamin B12, a basic biochemical parameters in patients with low hemoglobin. These cartridges are important markers for diagnosis and monitoring of anemia. The collection includes 105 patients with suspected or already diagnosed anemia.
