Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak probíhají preventivní vyšetření sluchu u pediatra. Práce se skládá ze 3 kapitol, první dvě jsou kapitoly teoretické a třetí kapitola je praktická. První kapitola se zabývá vyšetřením sluchu v rámci pediatrické preventivní péče. Dále se zaobírá celoplošným screeningem sluchu, blíže pak popisuje některé diagnostické metody využívané při vyšetření sluchu u novorozenců a informuje o novém zavedení 5ti letého screeningu sluchu. Druhá kapitola charakterizujesluchové vnímání v raném a předškolním věku, specifikuje vývoj sluchové percepce a ontogenetický vývoj řeči. Popisuje zásady komunikace se sluchově postiženým dítětem a dopad sluchového oslabení na úspěšnost ve vzdělávání. Třetí kapitola je věnována výzkumnému šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit průběh vyšetření sluchu u pediatra a odhalit úskalí, s nimiž se lékaři během těchto prohlídek potýkají.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out what are the paediatric preventive hearing tests proceed by a paediatric. The thesis consists of 3 chapters, the first two are theoretical and the third chapter is practical. The first chapter deals with hearing tests in paediatric preventive care. It also deals with full-screen hearing screening, describes in detail some diagnostic methods used in the tests of hearing of newborns and informs about a new introduction of 5-year hearing screening. The second chapter characterizes auditory perception in early childhood and preschool age, specifies the development of auditory perception and ontogenetic development of speech. It describes the principles of communication with a hearing impaired child and the impact of hearing impairment on educational success. The third chapter is focused on the research, the aim was to describe the process of hearing tests in the paediatric and to detect possible difficulties that doctors face during these checkups.
