Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vyšetřování dopravních nehod. Práce v první části popisuje dopravní nehody obecně, jejich klasifikaci a infrastrukturu v České republice. V podobě tabulek jsou v práci rozděleny nejčastější druhy dopravních nehod.
