Analysis of employee turnover in Siemens s.r.o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic Turnover of employees in the company Siemens s.r.o., specifically between 2015 and 2018 in department Shared Services CZ which has branch offices in Prague and in Ostrava. In the first part of the work there are described theoretical focuses.Next to current status in company there is also research of potential employee turnover implemented.Based on result of research there are formulated suggestions for improving of current status in company. Theme of employee turnover is also judged from language aspect. Outcome from this is glossary of the technical terms from fluctuation field.

Abstract:

Die Bachelorarbeit behandelt das Thema der Mitarbeiterfluktuation bei dem Großunternehmen Siemens s.r.o., konkret bei der Abteilung Shared Services CZ in Ostrava und Prag in Jahren 2015-2018.Neben der Auswertung des aktuellen Zustandes wird auch die potenzielle Mitarbeiterfluktuation in ausgewählter Abteilung untersucht. Aus den Ergebnissen werden dann Vorschläge zur Verbesserung des aktuellen Zustandes gezogen. Das Thema wird auch aus der sprachlichen Hinsicht bewertet. Dazu wird ein Glossar mit den Termini aus dem Bereich der Mitarbeiterfluktuation zusammengesetzt.
