Innovation of equipment for inspection of glued joints of paper filters

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá inovací jednoúčelového stroje na kontrolu lepených spojů filtračních vložek vzduchových filtrů do kamionů a nákladních automobilů. Filtrační vložky jsou vyrobeny pomocí přehýbání a lepení prodyšného papíru. V diplomové práci je uveden krátký rozbor systému sání vzduchu a systému výfuku spalin společně s popisem vzduchových filtrů. Následně je proveden rozbor současného stavu jednoúčelového stroje, jeho konstrukce, způsobu fungování a nedostatků, z něhož jsou následně navrženy koncepty, které tyto nedostatky odstraňují. Koncepty jsou poté zhodnoceny, porovnány a je z nich vybrán ten nejvhodnější pro odstranění nedostatků. Nakonec je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení inovace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with innovation of single-purpose machine for the check of glued joints of air filter filtration inserts for trucks and lorries. The filtration inserts are made by folding and gluing a breathable paper. The diploma thesis contains a brief analysis of the air intake system and flue gas exhaust system together with a description of air filters. Subsequently, an analysis of the current state of single-purpose machine, its construction, mode of operation and shortcomings is performer, from which concepts are subsequently proposed that eliminate these shortcomings. The concepts are then evaluated, compared and the most suitable one is selected to eliminate the shortcomings. Eventually, an economic evaluation of the innovation is made.
