Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení kvality ejakulátu od beranů získaných různými metodami odběru a popis metod odběru ejakulátu u samců hospodářských zvířat se zaměřením na malé přežvýkavce. Metoda odběru ejakulátu beranů u plemene zwartbles neměla vliv na parametry ejakulátu. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to focus on the evaluation of ejaculate quality from rams obtained by various methods of sampling and description of ejaculate collection methods in male farm animals with a focus on small ruminants.
