Needs of criminals for a succesfull return into the society
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou návratu pachatelů trestných činů do společnosti. V teoretické části je popsána problematika práce s pachateli trestných činů, teorie vzniku kriminality a kognitivní a behaviorální přístup práce s pachateli trestných činů. Praktická část obsahuje souhrn výzkumem zjištěných potřeb pachatelů a podmínek nutných k jejich úspěšnému návratu do společnosti.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is return of criminals into the society. First part is discussing problems in work with criminals, theories of criminality and cognitive and behavior approach of work with criminals. Second part contains list of criminal´s needs and conditions, that are necessary for their succesfull return into the society.
