Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována organickým barvivům, které vykazují biologické účinky. První část tohoto textu je zaměřena na jednotlivá barviva: apigenin, kurkumin, Rose bengal, melanin a vitamin D. U vybraných barviv se věnuji jejich vlastnostem, chemickým i těm, které jsou spojené s biologickou aktivitou a jejich přípravě. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on organic dyes with biological activity. In the first part, there are knowledge about organic dyes: apigenin, curcumin, Rose bengal, melanin and vitamin D. This part also includes information about properties of selected organic dyes and preparations. The experimental part is focused on the preparation of apigenin especially to the technological production.
