Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hravým cvičením ve vodě pro předškolní děti. Teoretická část práce seznamuje se základními vývojovými zvláštnostmi předškolního dítěte, pohybem a začátky plavání. Cílem práce je navrhnout soubor cviků uplatnitelných pro předškolní děti s možností vytvořit skladbu hravého cvičení ve vodě. Tento soubor cviků může být inspirací pro vytvoření netradiční cvičební jednotky realizované ve vodě a také může pomoci k tomu, jak nenásilnou formou vést děti již od útlého věku k radosti z pohybu. Zásobník cvičení a her je doplněn několika dětskými říkadly a písničkami pro lepší motivaci dětí.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with a playful exercise in water for preschool children. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces basic developmental peculiarities of preschool child's, movement and the beginnings of swimming. The aim of the thesis is to propose a set of exercises that are applicable for preschool children with ability to create playful composition exercises in the water. This set of exercises can be an inspiration for the creation of non-traditional exercise units realised in water and can also help to assert children from an early age to the joy of movement. Exercises and games is complemented by several children's rhymes and songs for a motivation of the children.
