Abstract:

V diplomové práci je řešen návrh novostavby budovy volnočasového či komunitního centra. Objekt je navržen jako budova nízkou spotřebou energie a svým povrchem i hmotou navazuje na své okolí. Návrh budovy reaguje na okolnosti a požadavky pro zdařilou realizaci budov s nižší spotřebou energie, které jsou šetrnější k životnímu prostředí. Atypickým prvkem domu jsou integrované prvky zeleně na fasádě a střeše. Ozeleněné budovy mají pozitivní vliv na estetiku a vnitřní klima samotné budovy. Takové budovy kladně ovlivňují rovněž své okolí i klima obecně. Neustále se zvyšující trend přehřívání měst by mohl ukázat, že ozeleňování budov či jiných městských ploch je správná cesta, jak tomuto vážnému problému čelit. Atributy nízkoenergetických budov a ozelenění staveb jsou popsány v teoretické části práce. Aplikační část práce se zaobírá samotným projektem novostavby občanské vybavenosti, jenž sestává z architektonické studie a projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení tepelně-technických kritérií pro nízkoenergetické stavby u dílčích konstrukcí i u budovy jako celku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of a leisure or community center building. The structure is designed as a building with low energy consumption and building's surface and mass relates with its surroundings. The building design reacts on the background and requirements for the successful realization of less energy-efficient buildings that are more environmental friendly. Atypical element of the house are integrated elements of greenery on the facade and roof. Green buildings have a positive impact on the aesthetics and indoor climate. These sort of buildings also have a positive impact on their surroundings and the climate in general. The ever-increasing trend of urban overheating could show that greening of buildings or other urban areas is the right way to face this serious problem. Attributes of low-energy buildings and greening of buildings are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The application part of the thesis solves the project of the new building of the citizen amenities, which consists of an architectural study and project documentation in the stage for the construction. Part of the work is the evaluation of thermal-technical criteria for low-energy buildings in partial constructions review and in the building as a whole piece.
