Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis we deal with the problems of staffs evaluation focused on a company Dalkia. We realize a research focused on these problems and we try to create new form recording conversation about staffs evaluation based on acquired information. This bachelor thesis is divided into eleven chapters, which each one inform about specific problem of staffs evaluation.Abstract:
