Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá drogově závislými. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat spokojenost klientů terénního programu Brno a zjistit tak, zda služby, které pracovníci poskytují svým klientům jsou uspokojivé. This diploma work is about drug addicts. Object of this work is to analyze client satisfaction of Brno terrain programme and find out if services provided by workers are good enough.
