Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku smluvní pokuty v teorii i praxi. Zprvu autor přibližuje samotný pojem smluvní pokuty, v této souvislosti autor uvádí způsoby jak a kde, smluvní pokutu užít, poté se zaměřuje na její historický vývoj. The author first describes the actual concept of a contractual fine; in this context, the author states how and where a contractual fine can be used, and then focuses on its historical development.
