Theme of the diploma thesis is the use of bacterial strain of Rhizobium meliloti for screening assessment of ecotoxicity of substances used in pharmaceutical plants. The theoretical part deals with the legislative obligations of pharmaceutical manufacturers, bacterial toxicity tests and the characteristics of the selected substances.
