Naša bakalárska práca je zameraná na trestné činy proti majetku, ale aj na trestný čin všeobecne. Predmetom tejto práce je definovanie trestných činov proti majetku , ich protiprávnosti, ich skutkovej podstaty a následkov ich spáchania.
