Effective Underhand Serve training for beginning volleyball players.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vliv specifického nácviku spodního podání na jeho úspěšnost u začínajících hráčů ve volejbale. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jakým způsobem může specifický trénink techniky spodního podání přispět k zlepšení úspěšnosti tohoto úderu u začínajících hráčů. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní principy volejbalu, včetně pravidel a technických dovedností. Dále jsou popsány základní prvky techniky spodního podání a vysvětleny důležité faktory, které ovlivňují jeho úspěšnost. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na provedení vlastního experimentu. Tréninkový plán probíhal dvakrát týdně formou šestitýdenního volejbalového tréninku, kdy byla sledována úspěšnost spodního podání před a po specifickém tréninku. Pomocí standardizovaného testu bylo zjištěno zlepšení u opakovaného provedení spodního podání u experimentální skupiny.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of specific training on the success rate of the underhand serve among novice volleyball players. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how specific training of the underhand serve technique can contribute to improving its success rate among novice players. The theoretical part introduces the basic principles of volleyball, including rules and technical skills. Furthermore, the basic elements of the underhand serve technique are described and important factors that influence its success rate are explained. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on conducting the experiment. The training plan was conducted twice a week for a six-week volleyball training period, during which the success rate of the underhand serve was observed before and after specific training. Improvement in the repeated execution of the underhand serve was identified through a standardized test in the experimental group.
