Abstract:

Absolventská práce se věnuje drogově závislým lidem v souvislosti s kontaktními centry. Především se zabývá výzkumnou otázkou „Jaký význam mají kontaktní centra pro jejich uživatele,“ což je také cíl práce. Teoretická část definuje problematiku týkající se drogové závislosti. Snaží se také přiblížit síť pomoci, kterou mohou uživatele drog využívat. Větší pozornost je věnována kontaktním centrům, jelikož jsou spojena s výzkumnou částí. Dále se práce skládá zčásti výzkumné. Pro řešení výzkumné otázky byla vybrána metoda kvalitativního výzkumu, přesněji polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Tato kapitola v sobě nese vysvětlení a postup metodologického výzkumu. Je zde popsán postup při realizaci výzkumu – metoda výběru respondentů, fixace dat, analýza dat. Nesmí se také zapomínat na etiku výzkumu, jež pojímá o možných etických problémech, které mohou nastat během realizace. Každá práce s sebou nese možné limity, z toho důvodu je zde obsažen výčet možných limitů, které mohou výzkumnou část provázet. Na závěr absolventské práce je uvedena diskuse, zabývající se výsledky výzkumu, jeho zhodnocení a propojení výzkumné části s teoretickou.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis deals witch drug addicts in connection with contact centres. Above all, it deals with the research question „What is the importance of contact centres for their users,” which is also the aim of the work. The theoretical part defines the issues relates to drug addiction. It is also trying ti bring together a network of help that drug users can use. More attention os paid to contact centres, as they are connected to the research part. Furthermore, the work consists partly of research. The method of qualitative research, more precisely a semi-structured interview, was chosen to solve the research question. This chapter contains an explanation and procedure of methodological research. It describes the procedure for the implementation of research-the method of selecting respondents, data fixation, data analysis. We must also not forget the ethics of research, which addresses possible ethical issues that may arise during implementation. Each work carries with it possible limits, for that reason it contains a list of possible limits that may accompany the research part. At the end of the graduate thesis there is a discussion dealing with the results of research, its evaluation and the connection of the research part with the theoretical one.
