Diplomová práce se zabývá pre-openingem nového hotelu na území České republiky. Cílem této práce je provést rozbor postupu při pre-openingu nového ubytovacího zařízení. Jednotlivé činnosti pre-openingu jsou popisovány na konkrétním hotelu. Příkladem je nově otevřený hotel, v obci Brno, který je součástí hotelového řetězce. Abstract:
The Master’s dissertation deals with pre-opening of a new hotel in the territory of the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to analyze the procedure for pre-opening of the new hotel. Individual pre-opening activities are described at a specific hotel. An example is a newly opened hotel in Brno. The author of this dissertation brings his own view of the pre-opening period.
