Quality and safety of provided care in ambulatory work of a physiotherapist

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nastavením kvality a bezpečí poskytované péče v konkrétním nestátním soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení fyzioterapie, a to včetně popisu procesu založení ambulantního zařízení. Jsou zde popsány legislativní požadavky, které jsou nutné ke splnění požadavků k podnikání ve fyzioterapii. V praktické části je skrze metodiku případové studie porovnáváno reálné nastavení zařízení ve vztahu k všeobecně platným požadavkům pro podnikání a nastavení managementu kvality, včetně managementu rizik.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the setting of the quality and safety of care provided in a specific non-state private physiotherapy medical facility, including a description of the process of establishing an outpatient facility. The legislative requirements that are necessary to meet the requirements for doing business in physiotherapy are described here. In the practical part, the real setup of the equipment is compared through the methodology of a case study in relation to the generally valid requirements for business and the setup of quality management, including risk management.
