Abstract:

FARKAŠOVÁ, Veronika: Individual complaint to the European Court of Human Rights. [Bachelor thesis]. Banking Institute University of Prague, Foreign University Banská Bystrica. Department of economics, valuation, social sciences and law. Supervisor: JUDr. Marian Korytiak. Year of defense: 2014. Number of pages: 68 The bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the theme of individual complaint submitted to the European Court of Human Rights. The aim of this work is to verify by means of analysis the main criterions of individual complaint for its approval and the subsequent decision at the European Court of Human Rights. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the definition of basic concepts, divisions and to the research of historical development of human rights. It is focused also on the agreements, charts and the international contracts, which legally anchored the human rights. The second chapter focuses its attention to the individual complaint and to the activity of European Court of Human Rights. It explores the conditions of approval and the process of hearing. The third chapter depicts verification of the possibilities of conditions fulfillment on the part of the plaintiff.

Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Marian Korytiak. Rok obhajoby: 2014. Počet strán: 68 Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá individuálnou sťažnosťou podanou na Európsky súd pre ľudské práva. Zámerom práce je analýzou overiť hlavné kritéria individuálnej sťažnosti pre jej prijatie a následné rozhodnutie sa na Európskom súdnom dvore pre ľudské práva. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vysvetlenie základných pojmov, delenia, a skúmanie historického vývoja ľudských práv. Zameriava sa aj na na dohovory, charty a medzinárodné zmluvy ktoré právne zakotvili ľudské práva. Druhá kapitola sa zaoberá individuálnou sťažnosťou a činnosťou Európskeho súdu pre ľudské práva. Skúma podmienky prijatia a proces prerokúvania. Tretia kapitola zobrazuje overenie možností splnenia podmienok zo strany sťažovateľa.
