Diplomová práca sa zaoberá dopadom dane z príjmov právnických osôb na konkrétny podnikateľský subjekt za zdaňovacie obdobie roku 2009. Práca sa skladá zo štyroch častí. Prvá a druhá kapitola teoreticky vymedzuje daňovú sústavu Slovenskej republiky a na základe platnej legislatívy definuje základné kategórie zdaňovania v oblasti daní z príjmu.
