Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem \LaTeX , který můžeme použít pro vytvoření odborných prací. Je vhodnou, byť uživatelsky náročnější, alternativou ke klasickým textovým editorům. Jeho hlavní přínos spočívá v lepším a přesnějším formátování. Smyslem mojí práce je přiblížení systému \LaTeX , popisuji práci s ním tak, aby byl čtenář po přečtení této práce schopný pochopit, jak systém funguje a vytvořit v systému \LaTeX ~vlastní odborný dokument, respektive odbornou práci, podle standardů Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Cílem práce je vytvořit šablony, které budou moci studenti Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze použít k vytvoření odborné práce. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická, kde vysvětluji, jak s \LaTeX em pracovat a jaké jsou jeho základní syntaxe. V druhé - praktické - části se zabývám samotnou tvorbou odborné práce v systému \LaTeX. Šablony určené pro \LaTeX ~a zároveň vhodné pro studenty Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze pro tvorbu odborných prací jsem vytvářel na základě oficiálních požadavků na formální úpravu závěrečných prací vydaných Katedrou informačních technologií, z Fakulty Informatiky a Statistiky na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze. Sama tato práce tyto šablony dodržuje a je proto příkladem, že šablony mohou být použity pro napsání odborné práce na vysokých školách. Dostupnost různých programů a editorů je dnes velká a studenti, kteří vytváří odborné práce mají spoustu možností, a proto je dobré tyto možnosti znát a orientovat se v nich. V tomto směru je má práce přínosná a může sloužit jako manuál pro budoucí uživatele \LaTeX u, jednoho z takových užitečných systémů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the system \LaTeX , which can be used for creating professional theses. It is a suitable, yet user-demanding, alternative to the ordinary text editors. The purpose of my thesis is to introduce the system \LaTeX , I will describe the operation of the system in a way that will allow the user to get to know how the system works, and create in the system \LaTeX ~their own professional document. Eventually a professionall thesis in accordance with the standards set out by the University of Economics in Prague. The aim of this thesis is to create templates, which could be used by students of the University of Economics for creating a professional dissertation document. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, where I explain how to work with \LaTeX ~and what are the basic syntax. In the second - practical - part, I focus on making a professional thesis in the system \LaTeX . The templates designed for \LaTeX ~together suitable for the University of Economics students for creating a professional thesis was made based on the official formal adjustment requirements of the final thesis issued by the department of Information Technologies. This thesis itself follows these templates and so it is an example that these templates can be used for writting a professional thesis at the universities. Avalilability of different programs and editors is wide nowadays and students, who create professional thesis have a lot of options, that is why is good to know these options and be able to orientate oneself in them. On this count my thesis will be beneficial and can serve as a manual for future users of \LaTeX , one of these useful programs.
