Diplomová práce zkoumá rozdíly mezi artificiální a nonartificiální hudbou a jejich aplikaci na světoznámé valčíky Johanna Strausse. Účelem teoretické části je popsat důležité termíny, které jsou v souvislosti s hudbou Johanna Strausse používány. Druhá část se zaměřuje na politickou, kulturní a ekonomickou situaci v 19. století. The thesis deals with differences between artificial and non-artificial music and it´s application on world famous Johann Strauss´s waltzes. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe important terms using in a connection to Strauss´s waltzes.
