Abstract:
Tato práce je věnována zákonu na ochranu republiky z rok 1923 a zákonu o státním soudu, procesem jejich schvalování, jejich novelami a aplikací vybraných ustanovení v průběhu první a druhé Československé republiky.
Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the Act on the Protection of the Republic of 1923 and the Law on the State Court, the process of their approval, their novels and application of certain provisions in the first and second Czechoslovak Republic.
