Vývoj regulace spotřebitelských úvěrů v ČR

Development of regulation of consumer loans in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je vypracovat přehled vývoje legislativy spojené s regulací spotřebitelských úvěrů v České republice. Práce se skládá ze dvou části: teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a popsány různé typy spotřebitelských úvěrů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu a porovnání současné regulace spotřebitelského úvěru s předešlou legislativou.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to create an overview of development of a consumer loan regulation in the Czech Republic. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and describes different types of consumer loans. The practical part is focused on the analysis and comparison of the current regulation of consumer loans with previous legislation.
