Diplomová práce se zabývá odstoupením od smlouvy v právu mezinárodního obchodu. Hlavním cílem je vymezení a kategorizace porušení vedoucích ke vzniku práva odstoupit od smlouvy. Úvodní část práce je věnována Úmluvě OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží, kde je odstoupení upraveno. The diploma thesis deals with the avoidance of contract in International Sales Law. The main objective is to define and classify breaches which lead to formation of right to declare a contract avoided.
