Faktory udržitelnosti plánovaného Guimaras Tree parku na Filipínách

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory udržitelného turismu v plánovaném Guimaras Tree Parku na ostrově Guimaras na Filipínách. Cílem bylo identifikovat indikátory ve vztahu k sociálním, ekonomickým a environmentálním otázkám, které ovlivňují park jak zevnitř, tak zvenčí. Otázkou je, jak bude vláda Guimarasu řešit potenciální rizika, pokud nedisponuje žádným plánem revitalizace, a jak dosáhne toho, aby byl právě Guimaras Tree Park jednou z nejatraktivnějších destinací na ostrově. Zpracovaná data pocházejí z výzkumu v terénu, z poskytnutých rozhovorů a dokumentů, na jejichž základě bylo možné určit 5 hlavních oblastí, které je při tvorbě plánu revitalizace třeba vzít v úvahu. Výsledek výzkumu reprezentuje návrh udržitelných indikátorů a poukazuje na výzvy, na které musí lokální vláda reagovat a které může do návrhu revitalizačního plánu zakomponovat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the factors of sustainable tourism in the planned Guimaras Tree Park on the island of Guimaras in the Philippines. The aim was to identify the indicators in relation to social, economic, and environmental issues that influence the park both internally and externally. The question is how the Guimaras government will address the potential risks if it does not have any revitalization plan and how it will make Guimaras Tree Park one of the most attractive spots on the island. The processed data arise from field research, conducted interviews, and provided documents, on the basis of which it was possible to identify five main areas that need to be taken into account when creating a revitalization plan. The result of the research is the proposal of sustainable indicators and points to the challenges to which the local government should respond and which could be incorporated within the draft of the revitalization plan.
