Virtual commissioning of the workplace in Tecnomatix Process Simulate

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití inovativních technologií, konkrétně virtuální reality a motion capture, k optimalizaci ergonomie pracovních prostředí. Hlavním cílem je porovnat efektivitu dvou metrik sledujících pohyb a ergonomii pracovních postupů, které jsou následně analyzovány v prostředí programu Process Simulate. Jedním z klíčových aspektů této práce je měření za pomoci metody RULA v Process Simulate, která umožní důkladnou analýzu a hodnocení ergonomických faktorů prostřednictvím virtuální reality a motion capture technologie. Tímto způsobem lze dosáhnout lepšího porozumění a optimalizace pracovních procesů s ohledem na zdraví a pohodlí pracovníků.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the use of innovative technologies, specifically virtual reality and motion capture, to optimize the ergonomics of work environments. The main objective is comparison of the effectiveness of two metrics tracking motion and workflow ergonomics, which are then analyzed in a Process Simulate. One of the key aspects of this thesis is the measurement using the RULA method in Process Simulate, which will allow a thorough analysis and evaluation of ergonomic factors through virtual reality and motion capture technology. In this way, a better understanding and optimization of work processes can be achieved with respect to the health and comfort of workers.
