Employment termination options in theory and practice
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se snaží v teoretické části postihnout veškeré možné způsoby skončení pracovního poměru v dynamice současných změn českého pracovního práva. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na nejčastější problémy spojené se skončením pracovního poměru výpovědí a jeho okamžitým zrušením v souvislosti s relevantní judikaturou Nejvyššího soudu.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis tries to describe in theory all the possible ways to end the employment in the dynamics of current changes in Czech labor law. The practical part is focused on the most common problems related to ending the employment by one of the parties and its immediate termination in connection with the relevant rulings of the Supreme Court.
