Controlling as a tool for operational management
Abstract:
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku controllingu v operativním řízení podniku. Práce ukazuje na historický vývoj této činnosti a na její nezastupitelné místo v moderním podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je prokázat, že společnost, která využívá operativní controlling, dosahuje efektivnější nakládání se zdroji.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of controlling the operational management. The thesis shows the historic development of this activity and its unique place in the modern enterprise. The main objective of this work is to demonstrate that a company that uses operational controlling, achieves a more efficient management of resources.
