Controllership in a public research institution
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Controling ve veřejné výzkumné instituci“ je rozbor controllingových funkcí ve veřejně výzkumné instituci CDV v. v. i. V první části jsou představeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti controllingu. Ve druhé části jsou tyto poznatky aplikované na konkrétní podnik a na základě uskutečněné analýzy jsou navrhnuta řešení problému.
Abstract:
The subject of the thesis: “Controllership in a public research institution” is to analyze function of controllership in public research institution. In the first part is presented theoretical knowledge of controllership. In the second part these concepts are applied to the particular company and problem, and there are suggested solutions of the problem based on performed analysis.
