Trombolysa and acute myocardial infarction in prehospital cave.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá akutním infarktem myokardu v podmínkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. Pacientů s tímto onemocněním je stále mnoho ve všech věkových kategoriích . Práce přibližuje vznik a průběh tohoto onemocnění a také léčbu v podnímkách přednemocniční neodkladné péče. V dnešní moderní době je technika a síť specializovaných pracovišť na takové úrovni , že přednemocniční trombolýza patří k již téměř zapomenutým metodám zprůchodnění koronárních tepen. Cílem mé práce je pomocí průzkumu zjistit, zda by nebyla, byť sebemenší potřeba aplikace přednemocniční trombolýzy , zvláště u pacientů ze vzdálených částí našeho regionu.Také to zda jsme schopni dodržet dané časové intervaly převozu pacienta od prvního kontaktu s lékařem až po předání pacienta na cílové pracoviště ? kardiocentrum.

Abstract:

This dissertation focuses on acute myocardial infarction under the conditions of emergency pre-hospital care. There are still many patients with this illness throughout all age categories. This work describes the origin and progress of this illness, as well as treatment under the conditions of emergency pre-hospital care. In today?s modern times the technology and the network of specialised workplaces is of such quality that emergency pre-hospital thrombolysis has practically been forgotten as a method used to clear a blockage in the coronary arteries. The goal of my work is to use research to establish whether there is even the slightest need to apply pre-hospital thrombolysis, particularly in patients from distant areas in our region. And also whether we are capable of adhering to the specified time intervals for transport of patients, from first contact with a physician to transfer of the patient to the final workplace - cardio centre.
