Analysis of personnel controlling in PRECIOSA, a. s.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá personálním controllingem a je realizována ve spolupráci s firmou PRECIOSA, a. s. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat silné a slabé stránky dosavadního systému personálního controllingu ve firmě a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí k optimalizaci systému. Práce obsahuje část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá základní charakteristikou controllingu a personálního controllingu. V praktické části je popsáno fungování firmy PRECIOSA, a. s. se zaměřením na personální úsek a systém personálního controllingu. V dosavadním systému byly následně identifikovány silné a slabé stránky a navržena doporučení vedoucí k jeho optimalizaci. Identifikace a návrhy proběhly za pomoci poznatků z teoretické části a s podporou externího dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is focused on a personnel controlling and is realized in cooperation with PRECIOSA, a. s. The goal of this thesis was to identify strengths and weaknesses of the current personnel controlling system in the company and suggest recommendations. That leads to optimization of the system. Thesis includes theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on a basic characteristic of controlling and personnel controlling. In the practical part is described PRECIOSA, a. s. with a focus on a personnel department and personnel controlling system. Strengths and weaknesses were identified in the current system and recommendations were suggested. That leads to optimization of the system. The identification and suggestions were in progress on the basis of theoretical part and were supported by external research.
