Abstract:

Cilem bakalarske prace je priblitit jak funguji a jak jsou zamerena hudebni nakladatelstvi. Prace je zamerena i na predstaveni nejvyznamnejsich spolecnosti na uzemi Ceske republiky. Bakalarska prace se zameruje na zmapovani a pribliteni cinnosti hudebnich nakladatelstvi jakou maji historii, vyznam pro okoli, jejich financovani, jak probiha distribuce, jak budou hudebni nakladatelstvi fungovat v budoucnosti. Dale je zamerena na konkretni spolecnosti hudebniho nakladatelstvi, a take na instituce, se kterymi uzce spolupracuji. Soucasti bakalarske prace jsou definice smluv a licenci, a k nim patricne naletitosti mezi nakladatelem a nositelem prav. V zaveru prace je zminena problematika autorskeho prava, ktera se vate na tema hudebnich nakladatelstvi.

Abstract:

The goal of the work is to explain how music publishers operate and how they are focused. The work is focused on introducing the most important companies in the territory of the Czech Republic. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the importance of mapping and approaching the activities of music publishers as they have a history, for the environment, their financing, how distribution takes place, how music publishers will function in the future. It is also focused on a specific music publishing company, as well as on institutions with which it is closely related. Part of the bachelor's thesis are the definitions of contracts and licenses, and the corresponding requirements between the publisher and the rights holder. At the end of the thesis, the issue of copyright is mentioned, which is related to the topic of music publishers.
