Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na poruchu polykání u pacientů s myasthenií gravis. Sleduje četnost výskytu poruchy polykání u těchto nemocných a zabývá se léčebnými postupy, které byly použity k řešení dysphagie. V teoretické části práce se věnujeme komplexnímu pohledu na problematiku myasthenia gravis ? patogeneze, diagnostika (EMG, klinické vyšetření aj.), léčba. Abstract:
The work focuses on the dysphagia in patients with myasthenia. It pursue on occurrence frequency of dysphalgia by the patiens and deal with medici procedures which were used to solving dysphalgia. In theoretical part of the work we put brain to complex look on questions of myasthenia gravis ? pathogenesis, diagnostics (EMG, clinical investigation etc.), medication.
