Wooden family house in the village of Bohdalice

Abstract:

Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro trvalé bydlení rodiny se dvěma dětmi. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní nepodsklepený dřevěný objekt rámové konstrukce, který je umístěn na mírně svažitém pozemku v obci Bohdalice. Zatím nezastavěný pozemek je součástí nově obydleného území, typ zástavby dodržuje požadavky a obecné podmínky na výstavbu v dané lokalitě. Úvodní část práce je věnována zejména návrhu variant dispozičního a prostorového řešení rodinného domu. Snahou bylo respektovat nejen požadavky budoucího uživatele, ale i typologické zásady a hygienické požadavky platné v ČR pro uvažované využívání stavby. Po vyhodnocení a výběru nejoptimálnější dispozice byla pro tuto alternativu vypracována výkresová dokumentace dřevostavby s technickým popisem, základními výpočty a stanovením orientační ceny výstavby.

Abstract:

The main topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a family house for permanent housing of a family with two children. It is a two-storey non-basement wooden building of frame construction, which is located on a slightly sloping plot in the village of Bohdalice. The so far undeveloped area is a part of a newly inhabited land. The type of house-building complies with the requirements and general rules for the construction in the given locality. The introductory part of the work is mainly devoted to the design of variants of the layout and spatial arrangement of a family house. The effort was made to respect not only the requirements of the future user, but also the typological principles and hygiene regulations being effective in the Czech Republic for the considered use of the building. After the evaluation and selection of the most optimal layout, a drawing documentation of the wooden construction with a technical description was prepared and complemented with basic calculations and determination of the indicative price of the construction for this alternative.
