Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh zpracování projektu (programu) Zavádění controllingu v průmyslové podniku. Návrh řešení projektu Cílená příprava vedoucích pracovníků a zaměstnanců začlenit vnímání controllingu do jejich každodenních činností. Hlavními tématy teoretické časti, jsou strategické řízení, krizové řízení, controlling, projektové řízení v podniku postiženém krizí. Tato velmi specifická témata jsou částečně přizpůsobena realitě podniku postiženého krizí a doplněna komentáři autora diplomové práce. Hlavním výstupem je rozpracovaný návrh projektu a projektové dokumentace vycházející z teoretických vstupů diplomové práce. Interní informace reálného podniku nejsou v práci uvedeny a ani návrh řešení projektu není postaven na interních informacích reálného podniku.

Abstract:

The main goal of master thesis is the design process of project (program) Implementing of controlling planning in industrial enterprise. Proposal for solution of project Targeted training of leaders and staff perceptions of controlling incorporate into their daily activities. The main topics of theoretical part are strategic management, crisis management, controlling, project management in company affected by the crisis. This very specific topics are partially adapted to the reality of the company affected by the crisis, with commentary of author of the thesis. The main output is an unfinished project design and project documentation based on theoretical input of thesis. Internal real enterprise information does not presented. Proposal of project is not based on insider knowledge of the real enterprise.
