Cílem diplomové práce „Řízení skladových zásob“ je analýza skladového hospodářství u vybraného podniku a následně navržení vhodných opatření, nebo řešení pro zlepšení současného systému. V teoretické části budou definovány základní pojmy logistiky, skladového hospodářství, zásob a jejich řízení a nákup. Ve druhé praktické části budou tyto metody aplikovány na zvolený podnik. The aim of the diploma thesis "Inventory management" is to analyze the warehouse ma-nagement of the selected company and then propose appropriate measures or solutions to improve the current system.
