Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce s názvem užívací vztahy k nemovitostem bylo zhodnocení právní úpravy, která se užívacími vztahy, tedy nájmem a výpůjčkou, zabývá.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis with the topic „Real-estate enjoyment relations“ is to evaluate the legislation regulating relations concerning use and enjoyment of real estate, i.e. lease, tenancy and borrowing.
