Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se nejprve zabývám územním členěním ČR na obce a kraje. Dále se zabývám postavením starosty, primátora a hejtmana. Vymezuji vztah všech tří představitelů vůči jednotlivým orgánům územní samosprávy, tj. vůči zastupitelstvu, radě, krajskému úřadu a obecnímu úřadu. Cílem práce je přiblížit postavení těchto představitelů.
Abstract:
In his thesis, first deal with the spatial differentiation Republic to municipalities and counties. I'm also concerned the status of mayor, mayor and governor. Explain the relationship of the three representatives to the various local authorities, ie to the council, council, regional authority and local authority. The goal is to bring the position of these leaders.
