Historical development of tools in viticulture

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá historickým vývojem nářadí ve vinohradnictví. Je v literárním přehledu členěna na 9 samostatných kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá pracovními operacemi a postupy ve vinohradnictví, dále obecnou charakteristikou nářadí a jednoduchými mechanizačními prostředky. Druhá kapitola seznamuje čtenáře s ručním a potažním nářadím pro přípravu půdy před výsadbou vinice. Navazuje třetí kapitola, která popisuje nářadí používané při výsadbě sazenic révy vinné. Další dvě kapitoly seznamují s nářadím a prostředky pro zpracováním a kultivací půdy, včetně prostředků na ochranu porostů. Šestá kapitola se zabývá způsoby aplikace organických hnojiv. Sedmá kapitola seznamuje s nářadím a prostředky na ochranu porostů. Nářadím používaným při provádění zelených prací ve vinicích se zabývá osmá kapitola. S touto kapitolou úzce souvisí devátá kapitola týkající se nářadí a prostředků pro sklizeň a následnou přepravu hroznů.Součástí této práce je zajímavý obrazový materiál zachycující podobu historického náčiní.V závěru hodnotím celkový přínos této práce pro čtenáře a také splnění cíle toto práce.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the historical development of tools in viticulture. It is divided into 9 separate chapters. The first chapter deals with work operations and procedures in viticulture, as well as with the general characteristics of tools and simple mechanization means. The second chapter introduces the reader to hand and coating tools for soil preparation before planting vineyards. The third chapter describes the tools used in planting vine seedlings. The next two chapters introduce tools and tools for soil cultivation and cultivation, including crop protection equipment. The sixth chapter deals with methods of application of organic fertilizers. The seventh chapter introduces tools and means for crop protection. The tools used to carry out green work in vineyards are dealt with in Chapter 8. Chapter 9 is closely related to this chapter concerning tools and means for harvesting and transporting grapes.Part of this work is an interesting picture material depicting the form of historical tools.In conclusion, I evaluate the overall contribution of this work to the reader and also the achievement of the goal of this work.
