Real Estate Cadastre Legislation in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou katastru nemovitostí v České republice. Katastr nemovitostí má v České republice dlouho tradici, první zmínky jsou patrné již ve středověku. Práce porovnává současný stav katastru nemovitostí v historickém kontextu, analyzuje legislativu na úseku katastru nemovitostí a poukazuje na úpravy, ke kterým došlo v souvislosti se změnou právních norem v roce 2014.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the legislation of the Real Estate Cadastre in the Czech Republic. There has been a long tradition of the cadastre in the Czech Republic; the first references are evident in the Middle Ages.
