Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá základními principy hmotnostní spektrometrie a využití metody LDI-TOF při analýze anorganických pigmentů, které jsou součástí barevných vrstev olejomaleb 16. – 19. století. Abstract:
This bachelor`s thesis deals with the basic principles of mass spectrometry and the application of LDI-TOF method when analyzing inorganic pigments. These inorganic pigments are present in layers of oil paintings from 16th to 19th century.
