Anotace:

This Master’s thesis focuses on the burnout syndrome among senior managers of an international company. This work aims to evaluate the emotional state of the respondents and understand inner motives as well as common coping strategies of the employees, participating in the study. The study considers the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the respondents of the research. The work results in a recommendation based on the analyses of literature review, conducted research, and the comparison of the theory and practice.
