Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá přestupky na úseku silniční dopravy. Je rozdělena na dvě části, z níž jedna je teoretická a druhá praktická. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přiblížení základních pojmů souvisejících se silniční dopravou, trestným činem spáchaným na pozemní komunikaci. This bachelor thesis deals with offences within the road transport. It is divided into two parts one of which is theoretical and the second one is practical. The theoretical part focuses on describing the key concepts relating to the road transport, criminal offence committed on the road.
