Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice motivace a zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich vlivu na využívání rekreačních zařízení České pošty. The diploma thesis deals with the motivation and employee benefits and their influence on the use of leisure time facilities of the Czech Postal service.
