Tato práce je věnována Ústavě Republiky Kazachstán. V první části práce je pojednáno o historickém vývoji ústavnosti na území Republiky Kazachstán, dále se uvádějí základní charakteristiky Ústavy z roku 1995, změny a doplnění, které proběhly od začátku platnosti Ústavy. This work is dedicated to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Its’ first part is focused on the historical aspects of the constitutionality of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its’ development.
