The thesis deals with contributions in kind to the trading company and it is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to the individual trading companies and it takes into account the possibility of monetary and contribution in kind in them. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá nepeňažným vkladom do obchodnej spoločnosti a je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. V prvej kapitole sa venujeme jednotlivým obchodným spoločnostiam a s prihliadnutím na možnosti peňažným a nepeňažným vkladom do nich.
